Despite the numerous benefits of formal mentorship for all faculty, it remains underutilized within academy. Specifically, this lack critical support leaves historically marginalized groups, particularly women, underrepresented minorities, as well part-time, intermittent, adjunct, or non-tenure track to struggle with navigating challenging climate higher education. This presents a conceptual framework integrates Relational Cultural Theory (RCT), National Association Social Work (NASW) Code Ethics’ core values, and Council on Education’s (CSWE) Educational Policy Accreditation Standards (EPAS) mechanism faculty through practices. advocates an amendment EPAS include accredited programs.
